The Ultimate Unicorn es un mod que nos permite tener caballos especiales en Minecraft. Estos caballos no son simples animales para decorar nuestro establo, se trata de caballos mágicos, con características únicas y habilidades especiales. Estos caballos aparecerán en el mundo en estado salvaje y podrán ser domesticados por nosotros.
Cualquiera de los caballos que encontremos por el mundo, tendrá un "ADN" específico. Si cruzamos las especies que nos encontramos, podremos llegar a crear razas de caballos nuevos, que no aparecen de forma natural en el mundo y que poseen habilidades especiales únicas.
Cada caballo tiene su propio inventario, donde podremos añadir objetos especiales que permitirán mejorar sus prestaciones, como por ejemplo varitas mágicas, casco, puntas para las alas de los Pegasos y herraduras, entre otros. Algunos de los caballos que podremos encontrar son Pesadilla, Pegasos, Destrier, Hippocamps y el Unicornio, entre otros.
