Toro Quest es un mod que añade una buena cantidad de contenido al juego, pensado principalmente para vivir nuevas aventuras en un mundo donde habrá civilizaciones, con nuevas entidades, tanto animales, como humanas y monstruos. También podremos desarrollar nuevas armas, herramientas, armaduras y disfrutar de un sistema de reputación, que dependerán de cómo interactuemos con el resto de civilizaciones.
Al instalar este mod y empezar una partida, nos encontraremos con nuevas estructuras, como torres de guardia, tiendas, cuarteles y el ayuntamiento donde está el jefe del poblado. Estas estructuras formarán parte de una civilización, y existen un total de seis civilizaciones. Fuera de los poblados también podremos encontrar estructuras, como torres de magos, monolitos, cementerios y bastiones.
