Totemic es un mod que se basa en la cultura nativa americana para añadir diversos elementos inspirados es su cultura, como pueden ser totems, nuevas herramientas, tiendas típicas de los nativos americanos, búfalos, instrumentos musicales y rituales propios de esta cultura.
El eje principal de este mod es la creación de totems que aportarán efectos alterados a nuestro personaje. Existen varios tipos de totem que podemos crear dependiendo del tipo de madera que utilicemos para su construcción. Cada uno de ellos nos aportará distintos efectos alterados y nuevas habilidades de forma infinita siempre que estemos cerca de ellos. Es decir, tienen cierto rango de acción.
Si hacemos sonar los instrumentos musicales alrededor de un totem y hacemos danzar un poco a nuestro personaje podremos aumentar el poder mágico de los efectos. Para entender mejor el funcionamiento de los distintos objetos y sus funciones es importante craftear la "Totempadia" un guía que añade el mod.
