Twerk Simulator nos ofrece una forma de hacer crecer nuestros cultivos utilizando un paso de baile, popularizado en internet, conocido como "Twerk". Si nos ponemos a bailar alrededor de nuestros árboles y cultivos, utilizando el "Twerk", los árboles y cultivos crecerán, como si estuviéramos utilizando polvo de hueso.
El funcionamiento es tan sencillo como la idea del propio mod, es decir, tendremos que colocarnos cerca de un árbol o de una zona de cultivos y pulsar repetidamente la tecla "Shift", para hacer la animación que representa al paso de baile "Twerk".
