Waystones es un mod bastante sencillo que nos permite guardar puntos de interés creando estructuras de piedra y colocándolas en el suelo. Al colocar una de estas estructuras en el suelo, de forma automática, se abrirá una interfaz que nos permitirá asignarle un nombre a ese punto. También desde este menú podremos viajar a cualquiera de los otros puntos de interés.
Uno de los puntos fuertes de este mod es que estos viajes instantáneos no consumen ningún tipo de recurso, ni experiencia, ni nada, es decir, que tenemos teletransporte gratis. Eso si, después de utilizar un waypoint tendremos que esperar cierto tiempo para poder utilizarlo de nuevo. Esa es la limitación.
